Shipping Policy

All orders placed online will ship 3 day with insurance and signature confirmation on delivery. We have a 24 hour processing window and do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may require additional processing time. Because signature confirmation is required on delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping times are also based on stock availability. If for any reason the item is out of stock, ICONS will contact you with an estimated delivery time, if the product can be fulfilled.
ICONS reserves the right to limit quantities on purchases.
ICONS will fully inspect and pack all eyewear with its designated case and cleaning cloth prior to shipment.

We also offer International shipping. Please note shipments outside of the US may be subject to custom fees. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Tracking and shipment confirmation will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to delays by the carrier or shipping company and other factors.
