In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days with signature confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM EST are processed the next business day.

At this time, we offer product pickup for all international orders. You may arrange a pickup and label through your preferred courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc), and we will provide your purchase directly to them for delivery. For international orders, please contact us directly.

We have the largest assortment of custom lenses in stock, that are ready to ship. For specific lens requests not available in stock, custom production takes approximately 10 to 14 business days before shipping.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom lenses are final sale.

Yes, we honor price matching for publicly listed items on the official designer's website within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product is identical, in stock, and listed in USD. ICONS reserves the right to modify or decline a price match.

All eyewear is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials or craftsmanship. Wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered.
